GENERAL MANAGER FRANCE
Location - Toulouse, France

You will manage, run and develop our office located in Toulouse. Directly reporting to our COO in our UK Head Office, you will be taking part of a small, successful and expanding multinational company.

Your main duties will be to develop our business in the French market, however your role will be extended to the European business. Outgoing, dynamic, highly-organised, self-motivated and showing a positive attitude, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good leadership and team management skills and to produce high standards of performance.

This is a very exciting and varied role, which requires flexibility and enthusiasm. Fluency in English is essential

PRODUCTION PLANNER/BUYER
Location - Horsham, West Sussex

Responsible for the development of planned production schedules that ensures the most efficient and practical utilisation of materials, personnel and equipment as well as arranging the orderly delivery of raw materials. 

The expected result is to provide the highest level of customer service in consideration of inventory investments. You will also perform capacity planning and utilisation, work with suppliers, track quality, place purchase orders and establish new business processes.

We require a degree in business, operations management or job related experience. A good understanding of capacity planning and inventory systems. Computer knowledge and preferably hands on experience with MRP software specifically Sage 50 Manufacturing Controller. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.

INSTALLATION & SERVICE ENGINEERS

ocation - National

Ideally you will have aquarium system knowledge, although training is given so it is not essential, as the right candidates from a similar field may have the skills required.

Knowledge of the Pet Industry, service or engineering background would be an advantage. Good communication and people skills are essential, along with being an organised individual. Applicants need to be interested in working together as a team as well as being self-motivated. The role will include travelling to different store sites on a regular basis throughout the UK installing, planning or servicing equipment as required and will involve overnight stays.

HELP DESK OPERATOR
Location - Horsham, West Sussex

The successful candidate will provide full support across all help desk operations. The primary function is to provide the very best phone support to all CASCO customers and their employees with all company livestock equipment and installations. The HDO will need to be able to systematically talk customers through problems from diagnosis to resolve.

The position requires a polite and confident telephone manor as well as good computer skills. You will need to be able to multi task, be very well organised and be able to manage your own time.

Some knowledge of fish keeping and aquatics filtration would be a distinct advantage.
