Do I need a licence to open a pet store?
Yes, you will need to contact your local council to obtain a licence.

Can you help in the design and layout of our store?
Yes, we can arrange a site meeting to measure your store and plan the layout with our cad software; we can also do a 3D drawing of how your store could look.

Do you offer finance?
Yes, we recommend a finance company called Johnson Reed. many of our customers have used them and find them very helpful.

Do you offer an installation service?
Some of our units would arrive fully assembled and require no fitting, on larger jobs we do offer an installation service which is carried out by our own qualified staff.

Do you have references from existing customers?
Yes, we always follow up with customer after the job has been completed and we have many references available for you to see.

My store is very small; can you make units to special sizes?
Yes, we can custom build units to suit all requirements, although we have found our Economy Range suits most stores.

Can you manufacture the units in different colours?
Yes, we can make the units in many colours, but there may be an additional cost for this.

What guarantee do you offer with your units?
All of our units and equipment come with a full 1 year guarantee.

Do you stock spare parts for your units?
Yes, we offer spare parts for all units we supply.

Do you offer a service contract on your aquatic units?
Yes, although our units are very easy to service we do supply a service contract to do servicing and maintenance on the units.

Do you offer species labels so I can nicely price my livestock?
Yes, we offer label sets for freshwater and marine fish, as well as labels for plants, animals, birds and reptiles.

I like your header panels; can these have different photographs on them?
Yes, you can have any photograph as long as it is high resolution. We can also add logos to these panels if required.

I am looking at the running cost of lighting; can i order your units with LED lighting?
Yes, we can supply LED lighting if required.

Do you supply shelving units for dry goods?
No, we do not offer shelving, but have worked with different companies over the years that do and can pass on their details.

Do you supply fish and animals?
No, we do not supply livestock, but we have worked with different companies over the years and can pass on their details.

Do you have second hand units for sale?
Occasionally we have some ex-display units that we sell at a discounted price.

I cannot afford to buy all the units in one go, can units be fitted a few at a time?
Yes, units can be added or moved at anytime.

Do you supply schools and colleges with your units?
Yes, we have supplied several schools and colleges with units.
