Major European Expansion for CASCO Group

CASCO Group have announced serious expansion plans into mainland Europe by way of the acquisition of Korail Group. CASCO Group has acquired the holding company Korail Group and all its subsidiaries. This acquisition means CASCO Group now own the well-known European brand ‘Aquastyl’. This breaking news brings dynamic growth and development for CASCO Group and is very exciting for the industry and all concerned. 

CASCO has operated a specialist Pet & Aquatic shop fitting division for many years and is associated with quality and innovation. Aquastyl is synonymous with high-class pet and aquatic shop fittings and installations. Customers of both organisations will benefit from further economies of scale as well as a larger pool of expertise to bring new designs quicker to the market.

The Korail Group acquisition gives CASCO Group an undisputed position of dominance making it the biggest company of its kind in the global pet market and also the largest operator in Europe.

Aquastyl products can be found in a wide range of retail outlets throughout mainland Europe, customers include Truffaut, Jardiland, Bricomarche, Baobab, Animalis, Villaverde and Vive Le Jardin. As with CASCO, the Aquastyl brand is known for state-of-the-art aquarium systems and pet housing. The Aquastyl name means quality, safety and reliability. Products are manufactured in the company’s own factory. The Aquastyl name with its exceptional after-sales service program, keeps the company at the forefront of the industry. 

Aquastyl is a highly respected organisation with over 15-years of specialist experience. An investment of €350,000 has just been made in new production machinery. This investment facilitates a greater scale of production bringing improved efficiency, more diversity in design and faster product development.
